My Macbook Pro won't recognize Macintosh HD

Mine was fine not too long ago, but recently, when I tried booting my macbook pro, it displayed a folder with a question mark. I tried the internet recovery mode, and it couldn't find the startup disk. This is what I see when I select Disk Utility:

It's weird to see that hd is external when I have no external hd attached to the laptop, and the two items are only 2 GB in size.

So I ran diskutil list, and this is the result (sorry for the orientation. can't seem to make it upright):

Basically, diskutil list results are missing the disk where MacOS is installed, and only 2 GB is there. Diskutil cs list yielded no cs storage valid error message. Tried resetting NVRAM but to no avail. I have a feeling the internal ssd drive is damaged or loosened but I'm afraid to open the unit up, so I will probably be taking it to a nearby Apple Store soon, but the warranty coverage is over.

So the bottom line is that I can' reinstall MacOS because the system isn't even finding the Macintosh HD, and the solutions that I found through Google search did not do anything, and Disk Utility was weird as well. Does anyone have any idea or other possible solutions? I'm not afraid to lose the data as I don't have anything valuable in the hard drive.

From Internet Recovery>Disk Utility>View>Show All Devices

erase/reformat/initialize the parent drive

restore you user data from a backup.

when I press show all devices, Apple disk image Media (Disk image, GUID partition map, macOS Base system) shows up and I the erase button is unclickable (greyed out). It is also 2.15GB in size and says external for the location.

No where do you say what exact Mac is this...

If Internet Recovery is not capable of erasing/reformatting your Apple parent Drive— then it seems it has failed.

You may be able to boot externally to one of your backups if applicable— for the interim in an effort to come up with a contingency plan.
