You can do far better, Pablo25, if you are willing to either perform a truly clean install of Big Sur, or are willing to search out and remove or upgrade the errant software.

It is so obvious there is a problem with big Sur unless the battery drain was a wanted side effect

I have a date with the Apple support on Saturday. They will help me downgrading to Catalina. I will keep you updated.

I noticed that every time my fans go crazy a program called 'syspolicyd' nearly occupy 100% of my cpu resource. Does those two have some relation?

Apple support gave me the advice to wait and NOT to downgrade. 11.4: still the same problem (guest user account, too).

Also: be sure - with a clean install: don't restore a backup.

Be picky about what you want on your computer. Use Migration Assistant, or just copy and paste in Finder.

Yes, pristine copy WITHOUT restoring anything. Same problem.

always use the original OS, upgrade OS means "have-to-upgrade-hardware-and-you-have-to" . I changed a new iPhone battery, and it works not like a new one, batter drained there.

I was finally able to demonstrate the battery drain issue to Apple Care. (btw, STILL the exact same problem, battery drain 1% a minute). They now have a disk image, looking forward to their reply.
