Black Screen appearing when Photos App is opened in macOS Big Sur

After I have upgraded to macOS Big Sur, I noticed a Black Screen is appearing behind whenever Photos App is opened and it disappear when the app is closed.

My MacBook air photos app has been very glitchy My MacBook air photos app has been very glitchy; shows 2 photos at once layered on top of each other, has unexpectedly quit several times, all in the past week. I'm using Monterey 12.3.1 M1 2020 I've restarted but it doesn't help.

Screenshot "Open in Preview" Opens Preview's Open File Window I'm using Big Sur 11.6 on a 2018 MacBook Pro. Up until recently, when I'd take a screenshot, I could right-click the quick thumbnail to get a menu and select Open in Preview, which would then open the image in Preview. For the past weeks or month or so, when I choose Open in Preview, Preview launches its Open File menu, instead of opening the screenshot. If I hit cancel, the open window goes away but my screenshot does not open. I have to repeat the process, and on the second attempt, when I cancel the Open File window, my screenshot will open. Not the biggest problem in the world, but is a wrinkly in my workflow at times. Any ideas? Is this an issue that carried over to Monterey?

glitches will come when os is brand new. I know it has been in beta for almost 5mo, but I also see glitches, but not the one you see.
