Used Topmate KM9000 and Logitech Most characters that require shift button are staggered by one key or not at all

Go to settings > general > keyboard > hardware keyboard and tap over at the right edge and make sure the language mapping you want is checked (and NOT "automatic").

Thank you for the reply ! I have four languages all set on automatic. I changed each one to list a specific language.
So far this has done the trick !
