Cant type a question mark or parenthesis using two separate keyboards bluetooth connected to Ipad Air 4

Used Topmate KM9000 and Logitech Most characters that require shift button are staggered by one key or not at all

iPad Air 3 Wi-Fi

Thank you for the reply ! I have four languages all set on automatic. I changed each one to list a specific language.

So far this has done the trick !

Go to settings > general > keyboard > hardware keyboard and tap over at the right edge and make sure the language mapping you want is checked (and NOT "automatic").

What language are you normally typing in?
