Has anyone had issues with the rear glass cracking mine broke very easily by placing the iPhone 12 pro and iPhone 12 pro Max back to back to check sizes.

If you feel that is the case, make an appointment to have your phone examined by Apple.
They are trained to be able to tell the difference between a stress crack or manufacturing defect and damage due to impact, and stress cracks or defects do occasionally occur as they do with any other product that uses glass.
Correct, which is why I said "most cases."
That’s how mine looked! After absolutely no impact and never having been removed from its case!

The back is completely trashed. Glass around the lenses falling off.
I don't what you looked at, but every iPhone 12 model has glass backs. Every single one. They couldn't charge wirelessly without glass on the back.
When you go to a cell phone service provider, such as t-mobile, at&t, Verizon, and etc. The demo phone that they had strapped down to the display the back was not glass. It was plastic.
There are not special “demo” phones; they are all regular iPhone 12 models with glass backs.

There is no need to argue. I was just there yesterday and had my glass iPhone 12 Pro max next to the “display” one and the “display” demo phone was not glass.
