Telephone keypad on iPhone disappeared

I still have my Contacts but the numerical keypad is missing , just disappeared after receiving a call.

I have switched off and restarted but no difference

Help as all shops shut for lockdown ☹️

Number keypad after initial call (for passcodes, menu selection, etc.) DOES NOT WORK. I have an iPhone 11 and after I call into work telecons, zoom meetings, or access other numbers, all of which are preliminarily successful, I'm asked to enter further keypad numbers such as passcodes, menu entries, etc to gain entry into the telecons, meetings or other department. For some reason, my screen keypad no longer recognizes me touching the screen, and I get a "call failed" screen because none of the information I press in is received by the other end. What is wrong? Do I need to reset something?

iPhone keypad I am unable to answer telephone calls from apple support. keypad does not work if asked to input a number. The input is not recognized by the apple caller/computer, so apple support call back is canceled. In fact the keypad does not appear to be functioning at all once I answer the call (and can only answer from the call "notice" displayed at the top of the phone screen.

Hi Winterwoes,

It seems you're having trouble with your iPhone making calls and we can help.

In the Phone app you should see Favorites, Recents, Contacts, Keypad, and Voicemail. If Contacts is currently selected, Keypad should be right next to that.

What happens if you tap on Keypad?
