I successfully use a Canon 9000F mk II flatbed scanner on my late 2014 Mac mini running macOS 10.15.7 and I would like to install the upgrade to macOS 11.0 but I am waiting to see if this will work with my scanner. I bought this scanner after a previous macOS upgrade made my Canon 8800 scanner unusable (I gave it to a relative who still uses it on an old Windows PC).

The link that sterling r provided does have a driver for 11.0, Big Sur.
If for some reason the drivers don't work for you give VueScan a try. They have a demo version which you can try out. Don't think you'll need it but just in case.

The Canon website now shows downloads for the latest version of MacOS. I plan on upgrading MacOS and then loading the new Canon drivers. I’ll test it out and give an update.
I updated to MacOS 11.0 today and then updated the drivers from Canon. My scanner is working OK.
