Iphone 12 pro max - Gap between the side rim and display. is it serious assembly issue?

I have noticed Gap between the side rim and display in 12 pro max at power port and left side bottom and near to volume button. I can insert a visiting card in it.

This issue with all the iphone 12 pro max or some phones?

Iphone 12 mini has gap between screen and frame I noticed that my Iphone Mini has gaps around the whole phone. Gaps are between the screen and frame enough to fit a paper. Apple customer service advised me to take the unit in a service center for checking. What can be the reason for this?

As discussed with Apple support. Give the device to apple service center and they will see the issue and resolution will be given, not sure about replacement and apple shop guy told their will not be any issue with water resistance because there will be seal behind the display.

Also, Dust under the camera a lot. Apple seems not to CARE about it. I bought a Samsung product and not seeing any dust under the camera.
