Blood Oxygen app is not available in your region.

Hello everyone. When trying to set up Blood Oxygen feature on my watch getting: "Blood Oxygen app is not available in your region." Same thing with ECG. I bought them in Moscow and have same residence also my apple id is Russian, but don't want to use all of watch's features only in one country.

Is it any way to activate them from Montenegro?

Feeling so upset. I've upgraded to Apple Watch S6 from 3rd in the reason of these awesome features, and seems like can't use them.

Thank you for reply. So if i'll come back to my reside country, it will be possible to activate these features, then i will be able to use them anywhere?

For the ECG app to work on your watch the ECG app has to be approved by;

A. the government of the country in which the watch was bought and

B.the government of the country in which you reside.

And the same is true with the blood oxygen app

If you live in Russia and you bought the watch in Russia then both features will work.

If you move to a country that hasn't approved these features then they will stop working.
