Why doesnt my icloud (2TB) doesnt work for backup?

My icloud does not work when i try to store for example, pictures in it. I even upgraded to 2TB per moth, but it still does not work. My phone do not get a backup.

Cannot backup to iCloud Hi All, I cant seem to figure out why my phone both on wifi and connected to itunes will not backup to icloud. There is plenty of icloud space My settings are just to backup messages, settings etc (low size requirement) Only thing i can think off, is that whilst i switched off photos it says on my icloud it will be there for 30 days. iCloud backup I'm unable to backup my phone with iCloud, it says there isn't enough storage but I'm only using 851mb out of 5gb, does anyone know why this is happening?

If your device doesn't backup -- If you can't back up to iCloud or restore from iCloud backup failed - Apple Support.
