Is there any way to have multiple regions in the App Store?

I live in both the USA and UK. I need apps from both regions for banks and other purposes. Is there any way to have multiple regions in the App Store?

Sorry, but you can only log into one Appstore account at a time.

However, you can switch between them, but there are some things to keep in mind:

Change your Apple ID country or region - Apple Support
