It happens on my macbook pro in some apps to put different buttons into a blue rectangle and it gets really annoying because it starts to fade away, for example on Twitter the back arrow is framed into a rectangle, or in Apple Music the star ratings are framed too. And in many other apps even on Safari it is really frustrating. What should I do? even after a software update it's still there.

Reset NVRAM or PRAM on your Mac
If you continue to experience issues after the NVRAM reset, try booting up into safe mode, test it out and see if the issue continues, then reboot out of safe mode, and test again.
