iphone repair and replacement status

I'm supposed to receive an iphone replacement but the status still says "Replacement product pending" and "Your replacement product will be shipped to you soon." I was told I will be recieving in 3~5 days but no status change... How do I know when I will be receiving the replacement product? Do they usually just ship it and no notification?

I have the iPhone 11 as well apple has had my phone since December 22nd and on December 24th is when the repair was completed and then on December 30th thats when they said replacement product pending its been saying that since the 30th of December of last year best buy in Madison TN is the one who shipped my phone to apple and they called me friday night saying that they looked at the eta and they said it will be monday which is today during this whole process i never once got a email from apple but best buy did a great job on calling me with uodates today will mark 14 days since i bavent had my phone so i really do hope my iPhone comes back today like they said it would
