I have 4 accounts on my Mac. In one of the accounts the user switch icon in the header menu has disappeared:
In my other 3 accounts it shows up fine:
Any suggestions?

great, thanks! Not sure why this was disabled. It was there before and suddenly disappeared. Big Sur is a mess.

Roll on macOS11.1!
After upgrading to Big Sur the user switch icon disappeared
