New Apple TV 4K - No Optical Audio Port - HELP.

I just upgraded from Gen 1 to the new Apple TV 4K. Gen 1 Apple TV has the optical port and plugged into my receiver for stereo and surround sound system. I have an older Marantz receiver with no HDMI. Old set up used to work great. New 4K TV hardware does have an optical port. I’m unable to run optical from TV to Receiver as some solutions recommend (have built-ins with tv and components in different locations). I don’t want to buy new receiver either. Reading mixed reviews on extractors. Advice on best path forward and if extractor; recommendations?
