Apple Watch 6 series / keep asking for passcode

My Watch always ask for a passcode and I have wrist detection on. Keep asking for passcode when Iphone unlocked and I have unlock with Iphone too. Someone have same issue?

Try turning "Unlock with iPhone" off and turn it on again. If this still doesn't work, try to unpair your watch, pair it again and open the Watch app on your iPhone to set the settings you want.

I did it. And still the same
