Windows 10 - Admin Rights

Good afternoon,

Since recent updates I am finding that my colleagues are unable to run iTunes for windows (Windows 10 1809 x64), as it becomes unresponsive on first launch (at the Welcome screen - do you agree to share details about...) .

It would appear that if the application is run as an administrator it is responsive and runs as required.

Obviously allowing all colleagues to be Administrators of their machines is a giant security risk, and as such I need to understand why this issues is occurring and find a way around this new requirement / issue.

I have already tried reinstalling, removing AV software, setting ACL on program files & programdata directories, and supressing the automatic update option during the install, all of which have not helped.

Has anyone come across this before, and ideas on how to resolve?

Kindest Regards

Windows, Windows 10
