Just recently messages are silenced when phone is locked. Do not Disturb is set to off. "While iPhone is Locked" is checked and cannot be unchecked except to change to "Always". I want to get the sound when I get a message. Can you help me. I saw this question asked before but the thread was old and locked without an answer. Up until now it has always worked.
Thank you for taking the time to answer. I Googled the question and got a third party response that included the correct answer. Somehow the switch on the side of the phone was turned off. I forgot the **** thing was there and did not switch it on purpose.
