Purchased Procreate 3 years ago but it’s asking me to pay again.

So back in 2017, I purchased Procreate and Procreate pocket on my iPad mini. I never ended up using my iPad mini but recently I remembered I had these apps and I wanted to draw on my iPhone (I have IOS 14.2). When I went to my app store Purchases, I couldn’t find Procreate, but if I go to Purchase History and look up 2017 purchases, I can find both of the Procreate apps. When I search up the app on the app store it just says $6.99. I don’t want to pay again for an app that I already purchased.

I’ve tried signing out and signing back in and restarting my phone but Procreate Pocket still doesn’t show in the Purchased tab :/ Any help would be greatly appreciated.
