Location-based automation shortcut doesn't work

Hi,

I have created an automation shortcut for when I leave my house (using location service), it will do a series of tasks. But all it does is to pop up like a reminder and asks me to click to perform the shortcut. This is not automation!

How do I fix this?

You are correct. Time / Location based tasks will still need to be initiated. That is why the reminder so that you can initiate. I know that you want it to run automatically at a certain time or at a certain location.. That is not possible except to initiate the test at a given time or location, manually.

I think your thought process is correct and if you want to suggest this feature to Apple then please leave feedback here ➔ Product Feedback - Apple
