iTunes and PC doesn't recognize my phone in Recovery Mode/ Iphone 7 stuck on apple logo

Hello!

A few days back i noticed that my iphone 7 wasn't starting ,after being charged through the night,

I tried to force restart it,but it did not fix the issue,

So i read through the Apple site that i can try to update it using iTunes , since i cannot power it on and unlock it , but the issue is that my PC ( and iTunes) do not recognize my phone when i plug it in my laptop ,

I tried updating windows and the iTunes version ( its up to date) , and tried all ports and with 2 different Cables , but it still doesn't recognize my phone ( when its stuck on the apple logo , or when in recovery mode),

Can someone help me please ,i was reading about a driver that my pc might not have ( the one in device manager ,that i need to right click and click install,just like it was said in the apple site) , but that one did not work as well,
