NFC on iPhone 11 Triggering iPhone 12 Pro with iOS 14.3

I have two iPhones (work + personal). I updated the iPhone 12 Pro a day or two after iOS 14.3 was released. I update the iPhone 11 about a week after that.

Ever since updating the 11, the 12 Pro has been frequently triggering Apple Pay. It seems to happen when I hold both in the same hand while walking. This hasn’t happened a single time in the last two months since owning the 12 Pro. This never happened with my pair of 6S.

Is it possible that something changed in NFC code to autonomously trigger when the unit is raised or some other gesture?

I am having the same issue. I just need to have my IPhone 11 and iphone 12 next to each other and Apple Pay is triggered on the 12.

I have same issue. One phone is Xs(iOS14.0) and the other is 11(iOS14.3). When I hold the 11, with the Xs behind it, the Xs will pop up with Apple Pay. Just started after updating the 11 to iOS 14.3
