Why is the video quality on my MacBook Air 2020 so poor. I can’t use virtual backgrounds on zoom but this works well on my iPad.

The issue is not with zoom but with the poor quality camera on the Mac. Zoom works well on my iPad. It seems the latest MacBook Air is still using the same camera as it was 10 years ago and it’s resolution is too low for zoom virtual background to work
