Apple service provider store - Long replacement time
I have bad mic at my Airpods Pro. Apple support agent advised me to visit the local apple service provider "Tradeline".
On 14-Dec-2020 I visited the store and they took my right side Airpods Pro, and refused the left side.
They told me the replacement will happen within unknown period.
On 16-Dec-2020 The local store told me that my right pod is shipped.
On 18-Dec-2020 Apple support advised me to give them the left pod for replacement but the store refused.
On 21-Dec-2020 I made Apple support call the technician at the local store and they listened to my pods and decided to make the replacement.
On 25-Dec-2020 I contacted apple support by phone to expedite the long lasting replacement process, they informed me that they'll investigate and reply to me.
On 26-Dec-2020 Apple support called me and informed me that they can't do anything to my case and I've to contact the store.
On 26-Dec-2020 I called the store and the told me i can get my pods after 4 to 8 weeks.
On 27-Dec-2020 I chatted with apple support, and they told me that they can't help.
What should I do now?
