Why can’t I use my Apple ID ?

I can’t download or upgrade application anymore from my App Store and iTunes ? Saying it’s restricted or thereabouts?

iPhone 11, iOS 14

If your account is disabled in iTunes you will need to contact apple to be able to unlock it.
