Apple One Premier family sharing problem

I subscribed to Apple One Premier and I have access to everything as expected but my family cannot access Music or Arcade even though the Settings on their iPhones show they are part of my Shared Family and it lists those items. When they tap Music or Arcade in Apps it says they can start join for one month free. I have checked all their settings, their apple IDs, it all seems right.

We see you're having some issues with your family being unable to access the shared subscription. Being able to access the content that's been paid for is certainly important, and we'd be happy to help out.


To start, there's a great page here that can help with that type of issue: If you don't see your family's shared content


If you have any other eligible purchases that can be shared, aside from the Apple One content, see if they can access that. That would help to get things isolated down a bit further. This page can help with this part: What types of content can I share with my family?
