Suspicious code or something in my iPhone passwords?

In the «Passwords» secition in my iPhone I recently discovered the following:

Under hashtag (#) it says:

Username: ****@ daa

I have tried to delete it, but it keeps coming back. Does anyone know what this is?

I have googled it, but didnt find anything about this.

Hi kjetil80,

We understand that your iPhone currently shows a username and password in the Passwords section, and we'd like to help. From what you're describing, it sounds like this username and password may be related to a configuration profile or possible Wi-Fi hotspot network that has been installed on your iPhone. When you get a chance, would you mind checking the Settings app > General and let us know if you see any sections that say VPN or Device Management? The resource below has some additional details.
