The first section seems to indicate that a device plugged into your MacBook was having trouble being put into standby.

Do you have any devices plugged into your MacBook when it attempt to go into standby?

Okay, if you don't have any devices plugged into your MacBook, lets try a couple things.

1) Boot into recovery mode cmd-option-R when restarting/turning on your Mac (Safe mode take a while to do)

2) Use Disk Utility and run First Aid on your MacOS volume (usually titled "Macintosh HD)

3) Reboot your machine and see if the problem has been resolved.

A second option is to reset PRAM.

1) Turn off your Mac

2) Press the power button and immediately press Command+Option+P+R

3) Hold those keys until after you hear the startup chime.

If that doesn't do it, try resetting your SMC.

1) Power down your Mac

2) Hold down Shift+Control+Option on your keyboard and press the power button at the same time. Hold all these keys down for 10 seconds.

3) After 10 seconds, release the keys. Press the power button again to turn on your Mac.

These are the basic things to do first to see if it flushes out the problem.

I don't use time machine.

only software installed in adobe cc, DaVinci Resolve, Fusion 360.

But issue happened from the fresh install before installing any other software.

This happens every time my machine goes to sleep. Or at least 99% of the time. Makes no different if drives/power/ card readers or anything else is attached or not. 🤷🏻‍♂️
