When I open bluetooth preferences it gives me a list of my devices. The last one says ELK-BLEDOM and only gives the option to connect not to delete - no cross appears. I don't even remember what this is and want to delete as it never connects - just constantly tries and I think its stopping other devices from connecting. Can anyone help?

The above advice from Leanne_68 did not answer the question nor was it helpful at all. It seems BOT generated. Is that the best you can do Apple? Clearly this is a reoccurring unresolved question 🙄😒
Not sure if this helps but LG Devices like TVs have designators like ELK-B and LEDOM is MODEL backwards. Any LG devices in range or anything else that's a model B? If you can connect maybe you can then forget
Nope. I was able to connect to a Samsung TV, which I don’t need to do! My Bluetooth speakers show up, but won’t connect. I do have LED bulbs in the house, various makes. I’d think if the bulbs are “off”, the signal would be too-?? But, no.

I have the exact same issue with a new phone. “Elk Bledom”- no idea, and not anything that is in my house. How do I delete it from my device list? Doesn’t give me an option.
