Could not mount “easystore”. (com.apple.DiskManagement.disenter error 49223.)
i cant mount my WD easystore passport external drive, when i try to mount it from disk utility it says error 49223

Is the external hard drive formatted as exFAT and previously used with a Windows PC?
If so, connect it to a Windows PC to back up the data, then format the disk using your Mac in exFAT: Format a disk for Windows computers in Disk Utility on Mac
You can then add the data back from the Windows PC to then access on your Mac.
