Is imklaunchagent spyware?

Noticed imklaunchagent in activity monitor, looked it up and says its spyware, is this correct and should I remove it? Could someone confirm if it is not actually malware, thank you.

See, that is the problem with the Internet, someone didn't know that this is a normal macOS launch agent and decided to label it spyware. It is not, nor is it malware. There is even an operating system man page about it:

Depending on your download habits, you may have installed an application that was not from the original developer site, and it may have had adware/malware as baggage. That likely would not appear in Activity Monitor. Windows malware cannot execute on your Mac.

You could download and run the free Malwarebytes application. It is not anti-virus software, which is not needed anyway, but it is purpose-built to look for and remove adware/malware content. Then you can uninstall the application from your Help menu.
