How to change email account ordering on "Move to" folders list top right of Mac mail?

The order of my email accounts and their folders on "Move to" drop down menu top right of Mail screen is out of order ie. the email accounts I don't use often are at the top and the email account and it's folders I use are at the bottom. So it means I have to scroll down a lot to find the folder into which I want to move an email. The order of my email accounts on left sidebar is correct, but the "Move to" folder has them in a different order which I can't seem to change. Any suggestions on how to change the order of email accounts on "Move to" drop down menu?
