Serial number - MacBook pro early 2015

I'm trying to contact apple to discuss why my serial number is invalid. I have tried to cross reference it with the support package and it also says it is invalid. I can't contact apple support because you need a serial number to do so. Any ideas?

Please try again." There is no way to contact support even to resolve this serial number issue (so stupid, Apple). MacBook was purchased on apple.com, so there should be no issue with it.

I tried to use my serial number and says that doesn't exist. Hi I am having some troubles with my macbook update. I was trying to contact apple, they asked my serial number. Once I use my serial number from about this Mac and use the number it says doesn't exist.
