Can not use Memoji on iPhone 12 Pro

Hey there,

I am not able to use Memoji on my brand new iPhone 12 Pro. Every time I try click on the red recording button it disappears and I am no longer able to click on it. Then it says "tap to resume" all the time. FaceID seems to be working fine, I am able to unlock my iPhone with no issues. My phone is updated to latest version (14.4).
