Not natively, no. Possible with a DisplayLink adapter/dock, although that can be laggy and get borked by macOS updates requiring a few weeks wait for new drivers.
Too bad Macs are now so antiquated that they can’t even support this simple setup. If M1s can’t handle two monitors they are dead in the water. This is table stakes stuff.
