Contact Apple Support:

Only Apple has access for this. So, contact them via phone. Perform some screensharing, as it is a simple way prove something, particularly this Apple Account being yours.

Apple Phone Support:

• Contact Us - Choose Locations
• U.S. (800)MY-APPLE
• Proceed from there as Necessary

Note: You may need to prove to Apple that this is officially your Apple Account. So, to get around this, screenshare with the Apple Rep.To easily dispute the changes over the phone with the Apple Rep. Screenshare the camera of your iPhone and that of your Mac. Ask a friend, or family member if you may use their iPhone or Mac to perform this screensharing, if you do not have one handy.
