built in trackpad and keyboard not working after BigSur update

My MacBook Pro updated to the BigSur, after which the built in trackpad and keyboard stopped working. I have plugged in external mouse and keyboard and these are working.


I have already attempted resetting PRAM and SMC however these have not worked. Any advice would be appreciated. Would hate to throw away the laptop bc of a software update

Not all Apple Stores are currently open. I would instead advise dimitri113 to contact Apple Support first to figure out if the nearest Apple Store to him is open or not. If the nearest Apple Store isn't open, then Apple Support will send him to an authorized Apple Retailer like Onyx Consulting INC here in Georgia for example.
