Hi,

As far as I know, Nikon Transfar2(ViewNX-i Ver.1.4.4) is not supported Big Sur yet.

You'd better read pictures from Camera or SD card with USB-C to SD card reader or USB-C to USB adapter which connects camera to MacBook Pro to read pictures by Finder or ViewNX-i Ver.1.4.4.

Thanks for info. I inadvertently found the answer by using an adapter I had for something else and connected the Nikon wire (for charging battery) from camera to Mac Book and all of the photos automatically downloaded from the camera onto "Photos". So I'm good but appreciate the help.
