Hello, I’ve had paid for the Apple TV app subscription and it’s still not letting me watch certain shows. Could someone help me

What exactly is occurring?
FYI: The subscription would be for Apple TV Plus, which is for Apple originals only. The TV app also contains material from the iTunes store, along with other Apple hosted channels that require separate fees in order to access.
