So as I was about to do my work a pop up of manageranalogd will damage your computer showed up and it has taken over my web browser that I can’t even do my work online even though I’m connected to the internet. I don’t know how this pop up has come like I don’t know if it’s a virus so any help to remove it will be great. I’ve tried multiple times to find it in my finder but it won’t let me it’s so annoying

Did you download from the developer's site? It does run on Big Sur as I'm able to run it on my iMac with 11.2.1. Post a screenshot of the exact message you get when trying to run it.
i was able to run with big sur. however the same manageranalog window keeps popping up over and over...
I deleted the mangeranaloggd files in finder but it still pops up i noticed in activity minitor its there when i end its procces its gone for 3 seconds then pops up again
i usedfindanyfile deleted all files named manageranlog then restarted computer and the message is gone it think it worked

Have you run Malwarebytes?
downloading and scanning MalwareBytes actually ended up working for me. It quarantined the manageranalog stuff on my computer - no pop-ups since!
They offer COMBO CLEANER, but it did not work with me. Only errors.
You probably downloaded more Adware.
I ended up having to go to factory reset. It worked, but it’s always a sad day when factory reset needs to be used.
