Since you are now connected to the Internet, give Etrecheck a try.
One of the contributors here created it to dump system information to be posted here so we can get an idea of what is installed and might be causing problems. It can also be used to remove adware.
While there is a paid version, those two features are free to use without buying the “Pro” version.
The adware may have multiple launch mechanisms that “heal” each other.
Did you install something recently? If you downloaded software from a website other than the developer of the software, that website bundled adware into the download. Never install software from anyplace other than the App Store or the developer’s website.
No, the free version should work.
Just curious.
Do you go to places like softonic/softpaedia and download stuff until it installs the adware to figure this out?

No. It's just output from EtreCheck reports.
https://howtoremove.guide/activityinputd-mac/ - helpful but I'm still looking for solutions myself
how do you find library I typed it into my finder and nothing comes up?
There is a Library under Macintosh HD, and your user Library is hidden. Open it by holding down the Option key and select Library from the Go menu in Finder.
I just contacted them in a chat really prompt service in this day and age very hard to find.
