AirPod Pro Low Battery Sound Too LOUD

I love the AirPod Pros, but the low battery sound is so loud that it actually hurts my ears and sometimes causes migraines. I use them every day with my MacBook Air, and this is getting to be a huge problem since it is not feasible to check the batteries constantly. PLEASE--how can I turn off the alert or at least lower the volume at all on my MacBook? Thank you!!

The devs should frankly be embarrassed with themselves. If you look over the internet EVERYONE is complaining about this. I'm absolutely sure it's causing people damage to their ears let alone their psyches when they get STARTLED by this terrible BROKEN PRODUCT.

I'm watching YouTube videos, in between videos where there is no sound output I get a SCREECHINGLY LOUD sound in my ears. Why? Is it some sort of torture protocol I have to endure for using Apple products? Why not just fix it so I don't have to comment in this thread virtually everyday. And my system volume was not even loud compared to the INSANELY LOUD screeching noise in my ears.

I just created an account for this as well(see username). @Keisha_Keisha If you're an apple employee, could you please raise an internal ticket for this issue? I've submitted multiple feedback requests over the past year, and this is simply unacceptable for a lot of users - as evident by constant posts on /r/airpods on reddit.

Absolutely ridiculous. This is poor customer support at it’s worst. At least make up some excuse how you’re going to look into this internally. Rather than just giving us a giant middle finger in the patronizing form of telling us how it works. Which we are already clearly familiar with. This is the worst “feature” about the air pods and has not been a benefit once. Often it doesn’t even work correctly and doesn’t give the 3 warnings, I would say 90% of the time mine give one terrifying warning and then immediately die. Meaning wtvr I was listening to has to be rolled back several seconds, or I have to ask people to repeat themselves. This needs to be addressed. As far as this goes now I am a never buying air pods again, and I will never encourage any Apple customers to buy them. Between this and the crippling audio glitch on the iPhone 12 Apple has really been dropping the ball lately.

The low battery notification is incredibly loud. At reasonable listening levels the notification will give you a jump scare. The Health app provides listening level information….but the loudest noise to come through the headphones is by far the low battery tone. Please if possible incorporate a disable or volume control for this feature. We don’t want people going for a run and jumping into traffic when we are scared half to death because our battery is low.

If anyone has any influence in forums like Reddit they should share this link to raise the "I have this problem too" numbers or shed more light to this, this has been a very common problem since the airpods came out in 2016 and its crazy they still haven't fixed it after hundreds of complains, I made a username here just for this problem alone.

Hello apple, I also need this feature mutable or at least hard set to a lower volume. I'm a musician that always takes extra care to protect my ears from loud noises and have the airpods threshold set to 85dB in the bluetooth settings. I can't believe these made it through whatever user feedback testing you guys do with the low volume notification at this volume. I've been startled by it one too many times and got ****** today. I made an account just to leave this feedback. Please fix it

APPLE WHAT THE H3LL IS WRONG WITH YOU. GIVE PEOPLE THE OPTION TO TURN THIS OFF AT OR AT THE MINIMUM TURN IT DOWN SIGNIFICANTLY. I DO WORK ON MY COMPUTER WITH THESE IN, AND OFTEN TIMES I DON'T HAVE ANY AUDIO COMING THROUGH THEM, SO RANDOMLY I HAVE THIS HORRIFIC SOUND SCREAMING IN MY EAR WHILE I AM DEEPLY CONCENTRATING, DO NONE OF YOUR DEVS USE YOUR OWN PRODUCTS BECAUSE CLEARLY ANYONE WHO USES THIS PRODUCT REALIZES HOW HORRIBLE OF A DESIGN THIS IS INCLUDING THE OVER 400 PEOPLE WHO TOOK THE TIME TO FIND THIS THREAD AND SAY THEY ARE HAVING THE SAME ISSUE.
