PowerBeats Pro shutting down with battery
When using my Powerbeats Pro, the left earpiece shuts down randomly, even if it shows more than 80% battery on my iPhone. This only happens with the left one, the right one works normally.

When using my Powerbeats Pro, the left earpiece shuts down randomly, even if it shows more than 80% battery on my iPhone. This only happens with the left one, the right one works normally.
How is this marked as solved? This isn't solved. I don't see any response that tells me how to fix my Powerbeats other than buying a new set or earbud and they aren't old enough for that to be a reasonable suggestion. This is disappointing and it really makes me question why I went with the apple product/s in the first place.
Yes, latest version on both the iphone and Beats. It just happened, the left one went off and still shows almost half a battery.
the problem is not solved at all
I have tried resetting the beats, and today the app showed my right head phone at -1%. All of this started happening after my phone software and app update.
I tried that and it didn't work. Left bud went off, placed it in the case and it showed 55%
I started a Twitter thread, I don’t have a lot of followers but go like and retweet. I’m ready to keep trying anything.
Does it happen on your non-apple devices too? because mine, and I'm 100% sure now, fail only with my apple products. I just replied to the Apple service person who answered my initial post.
It is happening with my Windows 10 laptop too now. There's no answer from Apple and the service tech told me I should take them to an apple store. There are no apple stores in Mexico!
Same thing on my end. Left ear drains to 55% then just shuts off. Please... fix...
I had no idea about the "b" buttons. For how long do you have to press those down? Is there a light or voice prompt or something?
Seems like it was only a temporary solution. Left has just died at 55%. Right showing 83%. This can’t be a hardware/battery issue. I’m going to reopen my query with Apple and ask them to resolve
Same issue with both Powerbeats Pro buds.
Given that the problem seems to have popped up earlier this year, probably after some of the recent OS updates, it may be iOS (or MacOS) problem when PBP are connected.
