PowerBeats Pro shutting down with battery
When using my Powerbeats Pro, the left earpiece shuts down randomly, even if it shows more than 80% battery on my iPhone. This only happens with the left one, the right one works normally.

How is this marked as solved? This isn't solved. I don't see any response that tells me how to fix my Powerbeats other than buying a new set or earbud and they aren't old enough for that to be a reasonable suggestion. This is disappointing and it really makes me question why I went with the apple product/s in the first place.
I think the battery fails completely with no warning. You just have to buy a replacement bud.Apple wont help.
No buddy. The battery holds a charge just fine. Last for at least 1.15 hours then indicates it’s dead. However, 55% battery life remains.

Thanks for capturing the CAL screenshot!
Been in the same boat for at least 7 months now with my right earbud. Just completely dying, put it in the case and says it is at 55%.
I’m the first victim of 2022. Come on Apple, this is wrong.
I think we need to plan a day to spam customer service altogether organized via a reddit sub, even if we get atleast 50 people to do it, it may work
Has anyone searched Reddit for solutions recently?
Congrats Apple on being the first company to hit a $3 Trillion market cap. Now I understand why you can’t afford to fix this issue!
I bought mine October 2019! I just verified that on the call.
I bought mine in late 2019 and have the same issue
hi,
do they have a repair for it? or they just asked you to replace the earpiece?
Replacement is the only thing they offer as I was told that there is no software upgrade/fix or physical fix so you end up having to pay for a replacement ear bud
For what it's worth, I haven't updated my iPhone for months or the Beats for well over a year.
So, it certainly isn't an issue stemming from that.
Beats updated for iPhones come with IOS updates so if your iPhone is up to date so are your beats.
I understand that, but I am still running iOS 14.4.2.
The issue started months after I last did a software update and I had no issues for two years before.
