Hi I acquire an Apple watch 6 but some functionalities are not working properly because of location: ECG, etc.

Since i activate it while I am traveling in a region that is not supported, it seems that it does not work. And to be honest I bought this version mostly because of those functionalities that are not working.
do we have. A workaround ?
I want to know how t activate the ECG function.
I’d like to know how to activate ECG and Blood O2 functionalities on the apple watch 6.

No there is no workaround;
For the ECG app to work on your watch the ECG app has to be approved by;
A. the government of the country in which the watch was bought and
B.the government of the country in which you reside.
And the same rule applies for the blood oxygen app.
