iCloud storage payment

My iCloud payment has repeatedly failed. I have money in my account and have replaced my bank card but this has not solved the problem. I have spoken to my bank and there is nothing wrong with my account or card. They say it’s a technical issue.? Can you help me please

If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.
