Burning CDs in iTunes

Hi,

Traditionally I've always gone with the default burning setup in iTunes for burning CDs. This is with Preferred speed at Maximum and Audio CD selected. From what I gather, this only allows 80 minutes on a CD. I just realized there's an option for MP3 CD, I'm guessing this will allow more songs? If so, how do I calculate how much? I'm using iTunes for Windows version 12.11.0.26.

Thanks for your time.

Recordable CD capacity is typically 650 or 700MiBs. You can store as many MP3s as will fit within that capacity, or record as a Data CD if you want to use a mix of audio formats. You can enable the status bar to see how large your playlist is.
