I am trying to troubleshoot my 93 year old mother's ipad. I live 250 miles from her and need to access her ipad to see what is going on. Is there an app or method I can do so? At a minimum I need to see her screen but would like to take control of the ipad to correct the issues. I have read about TeamViewer but also see many scammers use the app and I don't want to put her through the burden of not sharing her information to bad people.
