Apple Watch chargers

Would there be a difference in charging speed if I charged my Apple Watch SE with the 1m metal USB-A Apple Watch charger versus the 1m plastic USB-A Apple Watch charger that it came with in the box, assuming they were using the same brick to charge?

Apple Watch charger Hi my dad has an Apple Watch Series 4 44mm, and I am wondering if the same charger that he uses for his Apple Watch can be used on an Apple Watch series 7 41mm. Charging Apple SE watch Can I use my old USB charging cable from my previous Apple watch instead of the USB-C that came with my new SE watch? The round magnetic charging connection/"station" is the same.
